The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passionate vision of Cédric Brément, determined to share his love for exceptional artisanal arranged rums. This adventure took root in his childhood, inspired by his grandfather, a master in the art of creating convivial moments around his famous homemade Ti Punch. More than just a drink, it is a true shared emotion, an authentic and traditional know-how that perfectly embodies the unique philosophy of Clos des Spiritueux.
The ingredients used to craft our arranged rums are rigorously selected, 100% natural, and come from an ethical approach aimed at sustainably supporting the local economy. The rums come exclusively from the French Antilles, known for their superior quality, while the fruits, picked at maturity, come from local producers carefully chosen by Cédric himself. The cane sugar syrup included in the recipe is custom-made to perfectly enhance the unique flavors of Les Rhums de Ced. Cédric also has a cellar where he refines and ages his rums for several months or even years, using ex-French wine and ex-European spirit barrels to enrich their aromas.
