The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passionate initiative of Cédric Brément, driven by a deep desire to share his love for artisanal and high-quality arranged rums. This vocation took root during his childhood, inspired by his grandfather who knew how to create warm and friendly moments around his homemade Ti Punches, true symbols of Antillean know-how and tradition. This passion for sharing authentic and intense emotions perfectly embodies the committed and quality philosophy upheld by Clos des Spiritueux.
All ingredients used are 100% natural, rigorously selected to fairly support the local economy and enhance the terroir. The rums come exclusively from the Antilles, carefully chosen for their authenticity and aromatic richness. The fruits, including Jonagored apples, are harvested at maturity from nearby orchards, sourced from local producers whom Cédric personally knows, thus guaranteeing optimal freshness and quality. The cane sugar syrup, specially crafted to enhance Les Rhums de Ced’, brings a balanced and refined sweetness. Cédric has a unique cellar where he ages his rums, refining each batch from a few months to several years, sometimes blending in barrels of former French wines and European spirits to enrich the aromas and taste complexity. The workshop is certified organic, a guarantee of respect for environmental standards and superior quality. This expertise earned him the prestigious title of "Master Artisan," a rightful recognition of his passion and exceptional know-how.
