In 1924, the rum was first packaged in the brand's distinctive triangular bottles . The distillery closed in 1989 and was relocated to the Distillerie du Simon, where the rum is produced today.
This edition was selected by Premium Craft Spirits from the Bally cellars in Sainte-Marie. It was barreled in August 2009 and aged for 14 years in 195-liter American oak barrels. 960 bottles were produced.
