Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an innovative independent bottling company, founded in 2022 by two passionate friends, Grégory and Alain. Originally from Ariège, these spirits experts, with years of experience in the fine spirits world, decided to embark on their own venture to share their unique expertise in blending, aging, and refining exceptional spirits.

This exceptional gin was carefully distilled in the United Kingdom using a traditional copper still, ensuring artisanal quality and optimal purity. It stands out with a refined composition featuring intense notes of juniper, enriched by the freshness of watercress, the floral sweetness of linden, and the aromatic complexity of bay leaf. Each bottle is then carefully bottled by Mava Spirit in Rezé, Loire-Atlantique, ensuring full traceability and rigorous quality control.
