Togouchi is a prestigious Japanese whisky brand produced by the renowned Sakurao Distillery in Japan. Part of the Chugoku Jozo group, integrated in 1998, Taihei Yamamoto initially developed liqueurs, sake, and shochu before fully dedicating himself to the excellence of malt whisky with the creation of the Sakurao distillery in 2017. Togouchi whiskies benefit from a unique aging process in an exceptional 361-meter tunnel dug in 1970, offering a perfect environment with controlled humidity and a constant temperature of 14 degrees Celsius. This slow and natural maturation allows for optimal extraction of complex and subtle aromas.
