Gadyamb is a prestigious brand of artisanal arranged rums created by Etienne and Julien. Originally from Saint Joseph, at the southern tip of the dazzling island of Réunion, they left this unique land to pursue higher education in mainland France. In 2018, these enthusiasts decided to put their respective careers on hold—media consultant and chef—to realize a dream born during the long mainland winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb. Their exceptional expertise rests on three essential pillars: trusted partners—committed producers respectful of the land and Réunion traditions—, a rigorous selection of ingredients—fruits harvested at perfect ripeness, carefully cut and hand-processed to preserve all their natural flavors—, as well as an original and exclusive method—a slow maceration in barrels before filtration, ensuring a stable, refined final product free of impurities.
Frui Chofé pays tribute to the famous chofé rice, an emblematic dish of Réunion, known for its simple yet flavorful recipe: sautéed rice spiced with chili and an incredible variety of local ingredients.
