T&T Toyama establishes itself as the very first independent bottler of Japanese whisky. This innovative project was founded by Takahiko Inagaki (representing the Wakatsuru Sake brewery and the Saburomaru distillery) as well as Komei Shimono (from Maltoyama), and shines in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. Their originality: acquiring cask-strength, unaged whiskies from renowned Japanese craft distilleries, then carefully aging them in a wooden warehouse in Inami, in the city of Nanto, with a storage capacity of up to 5,000 barrels. In addition to this artisanal approach, T&T Toyama also selects and imports Scottish Single Malts, which they market under their own label, bringing unique expertise and unprecedented diversity to each bottle.
