Isle of Raasay - R-01 - 46.4%

The Raasay Distillery is located on the Isle of Raasay , in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland . The distillery produces two products: Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Whisky. All spirits are distilled, matured and bottled on the island using mineral-rich water from their well, Tobar na Ba Bàine (meaning “well of the pale cow”). The Raasay Distillery supports local jobs on the island.

Two Isle of Raasay spirits (peated and unpeated) are aged separately in first fill rye whiskey , fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks for a total of 6 casks. R-01 is made from Concerto barley distilled in 2017 and 2018. It was bottled between May 10 and June 4, 2021.
