Hysope is a renowned French brand of artisan Tonic and Ginger Beer, recognized for its certified organic farming approach. In 2015, Mériadec embarked on a unique hitchhiking adventure along the "spice route" from Paris to Kerala, in southwestern India. This olfactory and cultural journey inspired the creation of the Hysope range, which combines ancestral traditions with modern know-how. The brand's offices are ideally located in Bordeaux, the historic heart of gastronomy and spirits, while bottling is carried out near Cognac, ensuring quality and proximity. Printing is entrusted to a Breton printer, and natural aromas are carefully selected in Grasse, Provence, the world capital of perfume. The flagship ingredient is hyssop, a typically French plant with delicate blue, violet, or white flowers, which gives these drinks their unique character. The natural quinine, essential to the making of our Tonics, comes from Cayenne, in French Guiana, ensuring authenticity and exceptional taste.
