Produced in exclusive small batches and bottled directly at the estate, Barsol is a premium artisanal pisco recognized from the Ica region in Peru. This exceptional spirit is made without adding water or any other ingredients, using only natural grape juice fermented into wine and then carefully distilled according to ancient Peruvian traditions.

The Quebranta Pisco is distilled exclusively from wines made from "Quebranta" grapes, an emblematic variety grown in the heart of the southern part of the famous Ica Valley. Its authentic and refined flavor makes it the perfect ingredient to create a classic Pisco Sour, an iconic and essential cocktail for pisco lovers.
