Born from the exceptional blend of casks from the prestigious Hanyu and Chichibu distilleries, Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries is an outstanding Japanese pure malt that harmoniously combines softness and firmness. This delicate softness largely comes from its careful maturation in Japanese oak casks, renowned for enhancing aromas with finesse and elegance. The firmness, on the other hand, results from aging in ex-sherry and hogshead casks, from which the malt of the Hanyu distillery has drawn the best, offering a rich and deep aromatic complexity. This rare and sought-after whisky perfectly embodies Japan's unique craftsmanship and will delight enthusiasts seeking authenticity and character.
