Carefully selected barrels of American white oak, Bourbon, and Sherry matured in the high-altitude cellars of the Shinshu distillery, perched at 800 meters in central Japan. Furthermore, on the mystical island of Yakushima, at Japan's southernmost point, Bourbon barrels also aged for a long time in the eponymous warehouse, bringing rich and deep notes.
