REMORIQUET Estate - The Passe-tout-Bien 2023

Domaine Remoriquet is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges , in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy . It has been owned by Gilles Remoriquet since 1979, a graduate oenologist from the University of Dijon who took over the family estate. The ten-hectare vineyard is mainly cultivated with Pinot Noir, with a small proportion of Chardonnay, and produces wines in the famous appellations of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Gilles Remoriquet respects the Burgundian model of winemaking traditions : plowing, limited yields, manual harvesting, and barrel aging.

The L'Passe-tout-Bien cuvée refers to Passe-tout-Grains , a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes made before vinification.
