Peybonhomme Les Tours Castle - Energies 2022

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and has been owned by six generations since then. They also own Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. Both estates are certified biodynamic .

Energies is a blend of Merlot (60%) and Malbec (40%) . Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by a one-week post-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged for 12 months in amphora .
