QVT is a distillery located in Provence . QVT is the abbreviation of “eighty-three”, the department number of Var. The distillery was founded by a globe-trotting couple: Anna and Justin . Anna has Swedish and Estonian roots: she has led projects and worked as an advisor for organizations such as the Swedish Embassy and the EU, allowing her to work in health development across the African continent. and to live in countries like Zambia, Kenya, Uganda and Sudan. Her work will take her to cities like Bamako, Ouagadougou, Brazzaville and Kinshasa, and the whole family will live in Khartoum for a year. Justin is originally from Scotland: he has traveled to eastern and southern Africa, Pakistan and Peru. In 2012, they founded QVT and Justin spent 5 years developing the project by visiting distilleries in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. Their still was handcrafted by Christian CARL, a German family business that has been manufacturing distillation devices since 1869.

QVT gin is made from juniper, lavender, rose flower, rosemary, coriander seeds and grapes.
