Cognac Grosperrin - Le Roch - VSOP - Petite Champagne - Lot No. 1093 - 41%
\nThe Maison Grosperrin was founded by Jean Grosperrin, who settled in Cognac in 1991. After working various jobs such as farm worker, shepherd, and sheep shearer during the summer, he decided in 1992 to become a country broker. This vocation led him to meet small local vineyards, where he discovered rare and unique cognac lots. In 1999, Jean Grosperrin took a decisive turn by purchasing several casks of old cognacs, which he blended using his three traditional stills: this marked the birth of Cognacs Grosperrin. In 2004, his son Guilhem Grosperrin took over the family business. Under his leadership, stocks increased and the cellars were built up and enriched with exceptional cognacs. Furthermore, Guilhem carried out a rigorous selection of parcels and developed sustainable contracts with passionate and committed winegrowers. In 2012, he opened up internationally by meeting foreign importers, thus developing a vast global network of discerning enthusiasts and collectors of rare cognacs.
\nThe Cognac Le Roch VSOP is the result of a meticulous blend of the best cognacs from Maison Grosperrin originating from the distinguished Petite Champagne region. This prestigious cognac has been aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels, which gives it a balanced, deep, and refined aromatic profile while highlighting the unique terroir of this noble appellation. Its roundness, fruity notes, and subtle nuances of fine wood make it a clear choice for connoisseurs and a must-have for enthusiasts who value quality and authenticity.
