Belle de Brillet - Pear and Cognac Liqueur - 35cl - 30%
The Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, at the place called les Aireaux, right in the heart of the Charente, a region renowned for its ancestral expertise in Cognac production. The prestigious history of this house begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, the founding father of this emblematic vineyard estate in the very heart of the Cognac region. Vivien Brillet, representing the 7th<\/sup> generation, inaugurated the trading house in 1850 by creating a distillery and cellars, thus marking the beginning of the exceptional rise of Maison Brillet. Later, Raymond and his son Jean, around the 1920s, developed this tradition by creating their own Cognac brand, from exceptional terroirs of Petite and Grande Champagne as well as Pineau des Charentes. Thus, 10 successive generations of the Brillet family have followed one another, passionately and rigorously passing down the rich family heritage and artisanal know-how. In 1985, Jean-Louis Brillet innovated by creating Belle de Brillet, an exceptional liqueur based on Pear and Cognac, recognized for its finesse and originality.
Belle de Brillet is carefully crafted from rigorously selected Williams pears distilled in Anjou, a land renowned for its fruits of exceptional quality. This refined liqueur also contains fresh Madagascar vanilla, known for its rich and powerful aromas. With a precise dosage of 200 g\/L of sugar, Belle de Brillet offers a perfect balance between sweetness, fruitiness, and character, making it a must-have for lovers of high-end spirits.
