Panda is an iconic brand of craft gin distilled and carefully bottled in Belgium. This gin is fully certified organic, ensuring superior quality and full respect for the environment. It has the unique distinction of being the world's first gin to incorporate fresh lychees in its composition, offering an exotic and delicate touch. Founded in 2017 by four passionate friends, the Panda brand aims to create a gin with a unique and authentic aromatic profile. Production is carried out using 100% traditional methods in one of Belgium's oldest historic distilleries, active since 1836, thus ensuring exceptional expertise.

The production begins with the careful grinding and maceration of certain plants, notably juniper berries selected for their quality, in a neutral base alcohol before their transfer to the still. Subsequently, other carefully chosen botanicals are infused, such as juicy lychee, ripe cherries, bitter orange peels, and star anise, bringing complex and balanced notes. The most delicate plants like fresh basil and aromatic rosemary undergo separate maceration to preserve all their finesse, before being filtered and added to the main distillate. This innovative artisanal method allows Panda gin to achieve a perfect balance of aromas. The recipe is then distilled six times—a guarantee of purity and finesse—to obtain a clear eau-de-vie, rich in flavors and very smooth on the palate.
