The Hellyers Road Distillery is a key reference located in Burnie, in northern Tasmania, a region renowned for its ideal natural conditions for producing superior quality whisky. Founded in the late 1990s thanks to the shared passion of a former dairy cooperative owner (Betta Milk), a collective of local producers, and an expert distiller, this distillery prioritizes the use of pure and local ingredients to create exceptional single malts. Hellyers Road whiskies, known for their finesse and aromatic richness, are now exported to over 20 countries across Europe, strengthening their presence in the international premium spirits market.

This remarkable 17-year-old whisky was specially bottled for the French market, as part of the exclusive Conquête range from La Maison du Whisky, thus ensuring a precious exclusivity for whisky enthusiasts. Aged in American oak casks, this single cask reveals intense aromatic depth and unique complexity. Its limited production of only 130 bottles makes it a rare edition sought after by collectors and connoisseurs.

Non-Peated – which gives it a pure taste while allowing the natural richness of the cereals and Tasmanian terroir to express itself, offering an elegant and balanced tasting experience.
