His approach continues a family tradition, inspired by his grandfather, a master in the art of preparing delicious homemade Ti Punches, thus creating warm and convivial moments around rum.
The ingredients used at Clos des Spiritueux are rigorously selected, all 100% natural, with a view to promoting a sustainable and fair local economy. The rums come from a careful selection in the French Antilles, while the fruits are harvested ripe from local producers carefully chosen by Cédric Brément himself. Moreover, the cane sugar syrup is custom-made, specially crafted to perfectly enhance the unique flavors of Les Rhums de Ced. Clos des Spiritueux has an exceptional cellar where the rums are carefully aged, refined for several months or even years, and sometimes blended in barrels from former French wines or European spirits, thus offering an incomparable aromatic richness.
