The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passionate initiative of Cédric Brément, driven by the desire to share his authentic love for exceptional arranged rums. This unique passion has its roots in his childhood, inspired by his grandfather who always knew how to create warm and friendly moments around his homemade Ti’ Punches. A true celebration of sharing and strong emotions, a fundamental concept at the heart of our exclusive philosophy at Clos des Spiritueux.
All the ingredients used are rigorously 100% natural, selected to fairly promote sustainable development and the local economy. Our rums are carefully chosen from the best distilleries in the Antilles, while the fruits, harvested at optimal ripeness, come from local producers carefully selected and personally met by Cédric. The cane sugar syrup, made according to a unique artisanal know-how, perfectly enhances the Rhums de Ced. Cédric has an exceptional cellar where he ages his rums, refining them for several months or even years. Sometimes, he creates blends in ex-French wine and ex-European spirit barrels, thus bringing complex and refined notes. Certified organic, our workshop guarantees products of impeccable quality, loved for their authenticity, which earned Cédric the prestigious distinction of "Master Artisan," a well-deserved recognition of his passionate craft.
This Ti Ced' arranged rum Ananas Victoria is the result of a controlled maceration, using Victoria pineapples from a cooperative on the island of Réunion. These exceptional fruits are carefully hand-cut upon arrival in our workshop, thanks to express logistics that guarantee maximum freshness and aromatic intensity. Known as some of the most flavorful in the world, these pineapples are smaller than their traditional counterparts but concentrate naturally more powerful and exquisite aromas. The resulting rum is deliciously sweet, fresh, and dynamic, ideal for lovers of authentic and refined flavors.
