The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passionate initiative of Cédric Brément, driven by a deep desire to share his authentic love for high-quality arranged rums. This project is rooted in his childhood memories, inspired by his grandfather who had the unique talent to create a warm and friendly moment on every occasion around his homemade Ti Punches. This passion for sharing intense and sincere emotions is at the very heart of our philosophy at Clos des Spiritueux.
The ingredients used in our arranged rums are rigorously selected and 100% natural, actively contributing to boosting the local economy in a fair and sustainable way. The rums come exclusively from the Antilles, carefully selected for their authenticity and aromatic richness. The fruits, harvested at optimal ripeness directly from local producers carefully chosen by Cédric himself, guarantee an intense and natural flavor. The cane sugar syrup, specially made to enhance Les Rhums de Ced, provides a perfectly balanced sweetness. Cédric has a unique cellar where he ages his rums, refining them from a few months to several years, sometimes making subtle blends in barrels that previously held exceptional French wines or rare European spirits. The workshop holds organic certification, attesting to our commitment to environmentally respectful production. The exceptional quality of these rums has earned Cédric the honorary title of "Master Artisan," recognizing his remarkable expertise and unwavering passion.
This GwaMaRé Lemon Ginger arranged rum from Ti Ced' is the result of a delicate and controlled maceration of fresh ginger and galet lemons from the island of La Réunion, immersed in a skillful blend of agricultural rums originating from Guadeloupe and Martinique.
