LA GRANGE TIPHAINE - Trinquames Blanc 2025
The Domaine La Grange Tiphaine, located in Amboise in the Loire Valley, is managed by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau, committed figures of the Loire vineyard. Established on the place called La Grange Tiphaine, the vineyard is cultivated using ECOCERT certified organic farming, with precise soil work and minimal intervention winemaking. The grapes come from the Loir-et-Cher, a terroir favorable to aromatic expression and the freshness of Sauvignon. The 2025 vintage benefited from a manual harvest carried out on August 26, 2025, ensuring a healthy and ripe harvest. The estate's philosophy favors authenticity, the energy of the fruit, and the sincerity of the vintage.
Trinqu’Âmes Blanc 2025 is a 100% Sauvignon dry white wine, conceived as a true delight. Its name evokes the communion of souls and the simple pleasure of sharing. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts in tank, followed by a 4-month aging on fine lees, bringing roundness and complexity without masking the natural freshness of the grape variety. Bottling took place in January 2026, after a precise elaboration aimed at preserving aromatic brilliance and drinkability. With a controlled degree of 13.5%, this cuvée combines maturity and tension.
On tasting, the wine seduces with a bright ripe fruit, notes of citrus and crunchy white fruits, supported by a lively freshness. The palate is straight, gourmand and effective, carried by a beautiful energy and a clean, thirst-quenching finish. Served chilled, it will perfectly accompany fish, white meats, and goat cheeses. Accessible from today, it has a potential for aging of 2 to 4 years, retaining its freshness and gourmandise.
