Swell de Spirits is an independent, family-owned bottler based in Pessac, France. The company was founded in 2021 by Michael Barbaria and Kelly . They release a variety of limited edition bottles of rum, whiskey, Armagnac, and cognac from distilleries around the world.

Easy Peasy No.7 is a high ester rum made from a blend of 7 year old Belize rum (35%), several 9-18 year old Jamaican rums from DOK, C<>H, <>H (29%), a 6 year old Barbados Foursquare (13%), an 8 year old Venezuelan rum (12%), several 11-16 year old Jamaican rums (Long Pond and New Yarmouth) (6%) and a 13 year old Jamaican rum from LROK (5%).
