Dominique Andiran - Montis Regalis 2019

Domaine Dominique Andiran is located in Montréal-du-Gers, in Côtes-de-Gascogne . The 7 hectare vineyard is spread over three communes whose terroirs vary: in Lauraet (clay-limestone soil), in Montreal (brown earth soil) and in Vopillon (gravelly clay-limestone soil). The estate is conducted in certified organic farming .

Montis Regalis is made from Chardonnay , aged in stainless steel vats three-quarters full and stored outside in the sun. In terms of aromatics, it is similar to a yellow wine.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
