The Vin Sauvage, skillfully made from the refined grape varieties Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng, benefits from a rigorous blend. After blending, the wines are bottled with a tirage liqueur for a controlled second fermentation according to the traditional Champagne method. With its perfectly balanced Extra Dry dosage, this sparkling wine has a residual sugar content between 12 and 17 g/L, ensuring a tasting experience that is both fresh and elegant.
