Château Peybonhomme Les Tours - Le Blanc Bonhomme 2019

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been living at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and 6 generations have since succeeded. They also own Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. Both estates are certified biodynamic.

Blanc Bonhomme is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (45%), Sémillon (45%) and Colombard (10%) . Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, in concrete vats and new barrels (40%). The aging lasts 6 months with regular stirring.

Grapes: 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon, 10% Colombard
