Domaine d'Ardhuy - Ladoix Blanc
Domaine d’Ardhuy is located in Corgolin, on the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. The history of the Domaine began in 1947 with the meeting between Gabriel d'Ardhuy and Éliane André, his future wife, who made it possible to found the Domaine d'Ardhuy. From their union are born 7 daughters, who continue the path of their parents and ensure a respectful viticulture of the soil and its environment. The emblematic "Le Clos des Langres" vineyard now consists of 125 plots of 45 appellations. Certification in organic and biodynamic agriculture is obtained from the 2012 vintage for the entire vineyard. In February 2018, following difficult vintages, the decision to take a break from certification in order to undertake in-depth work on cultivation practices was taken, always with respect for the terroir and the environment. The objective is that of a gradual return to certification from 2023.
The Ladoix Blanc comes from an old mass selection of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
Grape varieties: 75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc
