The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passion and initiative of Cédric Brément, a true craftsman dedicated to the excellence of high-quality arranged rums. This authentic adventure draws its roots from his childhood, inspired by his grandfather, master of homemade Ti Punch, the origin of convivial and warm moments.
The ingredients used to create these rums are rigorously selected and 100% natural, perfectly aligned with a strong commitment to sustainable development and the promotion of a fair local economy. Each rum is meticulously chosen from the Antilles, the fruits are harvested at maturity from local and respectful producers personally known by Cédric, while the cane sugar syrup is custom-made to reveal all the richness and complexity of the flavors of Les Rhums de Ced.
Cédric has a unique cellar where his rums patiently age and refine, ranging from a few months to several years, giving them authenticity and character. Sometimes, he creates skillful blends in barrels of former French wines and former European spirits to offer unprecedented tasting experiences. The workshop is proudly organic certified, guaranteeing an exceptional product, recognized by the prestigious distinction of Master Craftsman.
