Hermitage

Jean-Louis Chave represents the sixteenth generation of winemakers in this estate, created in 1841, who brings all his know-how by completely overhauling the vision of the vineyard, each parcel resembling a small Japanese garden pulled straight. While opening towards other soils, such as Florentin, fabulous closed planted with very old vines in the heart of Mauves, which celebrated its first production in 2009.

In the cellar, the Chaves bring to the highest the different terroirs of the Hermitage, working on the complementarity of the assemblages.
