Chamirey Castle - Mercurey Blanc 1996 Mercurey The beautiful estate of Château de Chamirey has been owned by the Devillard family since 1934. It now covers 37 hectares, including 15 hectares of Premier Cru Mercurey. The wines are raised in the castle, since their birth in the vines until their bottling. This Mercurey white 1996 is an assembly of different clay-limestone plots of the domain in the village appellation. After a manual harvest and a vinification in the rules of the art, the wine was refined 10 months in barrels (40% of which 10% new) and in vats. The result is a qualitative white wine with flowery aromas.
