The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 at the initiative of Cédric Brément, a passionate enthusiast dedicated to the art of creating high-quality arranged rums. Inspired from childhood by his grandfather, a master in the art of homemade Ti’ Punch, Cédric wished to perpetuate this tradition by offering authentic and refined products that embody the conviviality of the Antilles.

The ingredients used are rigorously selected and are 100% natural, favoring an eco-responsible approach and actively contributing to the development of a sustainable local economy. The rums come exclusively from the best distilleries of the Antilles, the fruits are picked at optimal ripeness from local producers carefully chosen by Cédric himself, and the cane sugar syrup is specially crafted to enhance the unique flavor of Les Rhums de Ced’. Cédric has a cellar equipped for aging his rums, refined from a few months to several years, and sometimes blended in ex-French wine or ex-European spirit barrels, thus bringing exceptional complexity and aromatic richness. Concerned with quality, the workshop is certified organic and this excellence earned him the prestigious distinction of Master Artisan.
