Odé d'Aydie is a cuvée from the winemakers of the Laplace family from Château d'Aydie, an AOC Pacherenc from Vic Bilh.

The nose is on notes of lemon and grapefruit with hints of vanilla and slightly honey. A powerful and complex nose. The mellow attack is relayed by a lively freshness. The finish is long and aromatic with notes of bitter almonds. An aromatic and structured wine.
