The 2022 Cuvée Thibault is one of the estate's most iconic expressions. Made from a selection of Petit Manseng grapes harvested at perfect ripeness, it embodies the richness and depth of great sweet Jurançon. The 2022 vintage, marked by generous sunshine, concentrated the sugars and aromas, resulting in a wine that is both delicious and balanced, with excellent aging potential.
The bright golden color heralds a beautiful aromatic intensity. The nose reveals seductive notes of roasted pineapple, candied fruit, citrus, and honey, enhanced by a touch of spice. On the palate, the attack is smooth and creamy, supported by a lively acidity that balances the richness of sugar. The finish, long and elegant, expresses all the complexity of Petit Manseng, between freshness and concentration.
