Domaine Loew is located in Westhoffen, Alsace . Heir to a family that has been present in Westhoffen since the 18th century, Etienne Loew took over the winemaking tradition of his ancestors in 1996 with his wife Caroline. The vineyard, managed using certified biodynamic methods , is cultivated with respect for the terroir in order to highlight the geological and climatic characteristics of each grape variety.

The Cuvée "Clos des Frères" is a Bruderbach Riesling from a vineyard with all the characteristics of a great terroir, facing south. Harvesting is done by hand and fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged on lees until summer. This wine is dry (1.4 g/L of residual sugars).
