Maison Mounicq - Fine de Bordeaux - Ô Chartrons - Renaissance No. 4 - 41.6%
Discover Maison Mounicq, a house founded in 2017 by Cédrik Nadé in Bordeaux, at the heart of the renowned wine region. Growing up in Fronsac, on a family vineyard estate, Cédrik continues the tradition of excellence by selecting exceptional grapes from the Bordeaux terroir to craft unique spirits.
The Fine de Bordeaux “Ô Chartrons” Renaissance No. 4 is the result of an exclusive collaboration between Maison Mounicq and Michel Jacquin, a recognized winemaker and distiller at Château Lartigue-Cèdres in the Entre-Deux-Mers (Bordeaux). This premium grape eau-de-vie is made from Ugni Blanc and Sémillon grape varieties, carefully harvested and then double-distilled in a Chalvignac copper still.
The blend “Ô Chartrons – Renaissance No. 4” is characterized by the selection of 3 Fine de Bordeaux barrels meticulously aged: a 2022 barrel aged 1 year, a 2020 barrel aged 3 years, and a 2019 barrel aged 4 years. This aging, carried out in oak barrels from the Southwest, imparts complex aromas, a beautiful roundness, and an exceptional length on the palate to this Fine de Bordeaux.
