Clos des Centenaires - Melody in the Basement 2018

Le Clos des Centenaires is located in the Costières-de-Nîmes appellation and extends over 7 hectares of a hill of Villafranchian pebbles. Le Clos des Centenaires belongs to Luc Baudet and his wife Stéphanie. The soils are cultivated in natural grass with superficial plowing and particular care given to the biodynamic compost that they prepare each year. Inputs are limited to natural products approved in organic farming , without pesticides.

Mélodie en Sous-sol is a blend of Grenache (70%) and Cinsault (30%) . The vinification is carried out in concrete vats then the wine is aged on the lees for 1 year.

Grapes: 70% Grenache, 30% Cinsault
