Domaine de la Rectorie - Côté Mer 2018

The Domaine de La Rectorie is located in Roussillon and has vineyards in the appellations of Collioure and Banyuls. In 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé inherited the family estate which today spreads over thirty plots with different altitudes and exposures. The estate is in conversion to organic farming.

The Côté Mer cuvée is a red Collioure made with a majority of Grenache, complemented by Carignan and Syrah. After a maceration of about 20 days, the wine is matured for the most part in barrels and in tuns for 18 months.
