Somewhere in the Rhone Valley, Jean-Paul Daumen is in charge of revealing the beautiful talents of this region to the whole world.

This winemaker from the Domaine de la Vieille Julienne, converted to organic farming in 1998 and biodynamic in 2000, is one of the spearheads of the movement that wants to minimize interventionism in the vineyard as much as possible.

Manual harvest, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, this superb and pure cuvée has been aged in 500 liter casks for a year.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Grenache (30%), Syrah (15%) and Merlot (15%) will surprise you with its finesse.

It's rather fleshy with black fruit and a bit of a savory gourmet side.
