Located in Montlouis-sur-Loire and Vouvray, it has elevated Chenin Blanc to the rank of a noble grape variety thanks to a demanding plot-by-plot approach and exemplary precision in winemaking. The Rémus cuvée is considered one of the estate's signature wines. Made from old Chenin Blanc vines planted in tuffeau and flint clay soils, it offers an authentic and refined expression of the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. The 2024 vintage, marked by balanced maturity and favorable climatic conditions, is distinguished by its straightforwardness, freshness, and aromatic brilliance. The pale gold color with green highlights reflects the wine's youth and vitality. The expressive and elegant nose reveals notes of white flowers, pear, green apple, and citrus, with a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, supported by a beautiful tension that highlights the freshness of the vintage. The balance between fruity richness and chalky minerality leads to a long, saline, and persistent finish.
