The Selection 2023 vintage exemplifies the typical characteristics of great dry Jurançon wines. Produced primarily from Petit Manseng, it benefits from a vintage characterized by beautiful sunshine and perfectly controlled ripeness. Aged in Italian amphorae for 12 months, the result is a dry, taut, and expressive wine that highlights the minerality and freshness of the terroir while offering a beautiful fruity intensity.
The pale yellow color with green highlights emphasizes its youth and liveliness. The nose reveals a seductive aromatic palette, blending fresh citrus, white-fleshed fruits, and spring flowers, complemented by a delicate mineral touch.
