Swell de Spirits is an independent, family-owned bottler based in Pessac, France. The company was founded in 2021 by Michael Barbaria and Kelly . They release a variety of limited edition bottles of rum, whiskey, Armagnac, and cognac from distilleries around the world.

This edition of the Flashback series is a single malt whiskey from a secret distillery located in the Highlands of Scotland. It was distilled in 2000 and then aged in ex-Bourbon casks and multi-fill Oloroso sherry casks . 353 bottles were produced.
