The Distillerie Génestine, a historic gem founded in 1845 in Clermont-Ferrand, embodies authenticity and traditional French craftsmanship. After an 80-year pause, it was revived in 2021 to offer exceptional spirits, combining heritage and superior quality. Each product is created with 100% natural ingredients, including pure water from the Auvergne Mountains and top-grade alcohol ensuring unique purity. The fruits used are carefully untreated and hand-zested, promoting sustainable agriculture, while the selected wild plants and authentic French sugar confer a unique and refined flavor.

The Pastis Sauvage stands out for its blend of natural spices, carefully picked aromatic plants, with a characteristic hint of wild gentian that brings a fine and balanced bitterness. This artisanal spirit, with an alcohol content of 44.66%, reveals an intense aromatic richness, perfect for lovers of natural, authentic, and distinctly French products. Ideal to discover the terroir of Auvergne through a unique and lively pastis.
