This artisanal Pastis is crafted using a traditional plant infusion method combined with a harmonious blend of several superior quality distillates. Its composition includes pure alcohol, pure water, natural sugar, as well as a dozen botanicals carefully selected for their powerful and balanced aromas: star anise, green anise, licorice, white cardamom, juniper, green cardamom, mace, caraway, mugwort, angelica, coriander, and clove. Each ingredient is meticulously measured to offer a rich, complex, and typically Provençal tasting experience.
