Rum Artesanal is an independent rum bottler located in Bad Bevensen, Germany . It is a trademark of Heinz Eggert GmbH. Dominik Marwede has been Head of Marketing at Heinz Eggert Spirits Manufactory for 12 years and is also Brand Ambassador and Product Manager of Rhum Artesanal. He is responsible for barrels, blends and even label design.

This rum from an Australian distillery was distilled in August 2007 in pot stills and bottled in October 2022. It comes from a single barrel ( #117) which produced 370 bottles .
