Eric Pfifferling - Domaine de L'Anglore - Tavel Rosé - Vintage 2018

The Domaine de l'Anglore is located in the Rhone Valley, in Tavel . It belongs to Eric Pfifferling , a beekeeper's son, and extends over ten hectares in Tavel and two hectares in Lirac . He works alongside his wife Marie, and since 2017, their children Joris and Thibault have also taken over the management of the estate. The vineyard is cultivated in certified organic agriculture . The vines are worked without chemicals, the harvest is manual and the intervention in the cellar is minimal.

Tavel Vintage is a blend of the same grape varieties used for Tavel Classique; dominant Grenache and Cinsault , supplemented by Carignan and Clairette but matured for 2 years , as was a Tavel historically.

Grapes: 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Clairette & Carignan

All the spirits offered are in stock and also available in our store at 3 rue Lucien Faure in BORDEAUX - Line stop B/7/32 Cité du vin
