Domaine de la Rectorie - Montagne 2019

The Domaine de La Rectorie is located in Roussillon and has vineyards in the appellations of Collioure and Banyuls. In 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé inherited the family estate which today spreads over thirty plots with different altitudes and exposures. The estate is in conversion to organic farming.

Montagne is a blend of Grenache Noir (30%), Carignan (30%), Counoise (30%) and Mourvèdre (10%). The harvest is destemmed and then macerated for 20 days. Aging lasts 12 months in barrels.

Grape varieties: 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Carignan, 30% Counoise, 10% Mourvèdre
