Domaine Jean Michel Stephan - Côte Rotie 2015

The Domaine was created in 1991. It covers 4.5 ha, exclusively on the Côtes-Rôties and on plots of legends such as Tupine, Semons and Bassenon. The vineyard is made up of Serines (the original variety of Syrah, pure and which makes wines that are finer, fuller and above all much more complex) for 30% of the estate, 10% of Viognier and 60% of Syrah, which is cloned. Some of the estate's vines are up to 120 years old.

Viticulture side: plowing with horse when possible, otherwise well ... with a hoe, compost, no chemical weedkiller. Natural wine and therefore vinification without sulfur, by whole bunches, aging in old barrels.

The wines are neither filtered, nor fined, no sulfur when bottling either.
