Domaine Gauby , located north-west of Perpignan, covers approximately 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vines up to 120 years old, and 40 hectares of meadows, oak forests and scrubland of incredible and unique aromatic complexity. An environment that is still very well preserved, wild, arid, steep and hilly, sitting on soils made up of limestones, marls and schists.

Bewitching and complex, with aromas of very ripe and even jammy red and black fruits (crushed strawberries, black cherries, wild blackberries, plums), spices (liquorice, pepper), garrigue (thyme), leather, floral notes (violet), empyreumatic (cocoa, mocha, tobacco) and woody (cedar) ...
