In 2025, the house reached a symbolic milestone with the release of Chichibu 10 Years Old , bottled at 50.50%. Aged in a skillful blend of bourbon, sherry, and precious Mizunara casks, this single malt embodies the balance between innovation and heritage. On the nose, it reveals a rich aromatic palette combining stone fruits, delicate honey, and fine spices. The palate, full and silky, expresses flavors of creamy vanilla, candied fruits, and toasted oak, offering remarkable depth. The finish, long and refined, combines the liveliness of citrus with the woody complexity of Mizunara.
